I can do really good blogging for about a month. And then I fail.
It's like a diet wagon. That's a thing, right?
I've been working really hard getting the new website up and going, getting listings done for Amazon, cleaning/organizing and scheduling the rest of our year promotions. So there are good reasons I've been missing...just no good excuses.
I don't like excuses. :D
Exercise has been going good. The bike riding has gotten so much easier.
We've upped our game to 8-10 mile rides, which I love. It's simply amazing to me that I can get ACROSS town so quick! Walking 8-10 miles would take me all damn day! lol
I went in at the end of last month to get a checkup ultrasound on my thyroid.
The thyroid was great...but that pesky lymph node had grown.
We're still not sure what's going on, or why it's growing, but this week I go in for a CT scan to see if there are any other lymph nodes having some issues in there.
If there aren't, then we'll just watch it. If there are more swollen lymph nodes, that changes the ball game a lot lot. We're working on not thinking about that though ;)
I'm super excited about a few things right now.
1. The new website. I seriously love it. Go peruse it, check it out, see if you find any errors. (I'm sure they're there). I think the navigation is much easier to follow, and the product pages pop more.
2. New products. I'm in love with the sunburst mountain pendants. You can find them here and here. I'm also in love with the new stickers we have been adding. If you've been living under a rock and need a refresher, check them out here.
As busy as I've been, I'm working really hard on reminding myself that self care is of utmost importance. Need some quick ways to practice a bit of self care?
- Go for a walk
- Play with your pet
- Take a hot bath
- Go grab a coffee with a friend
- Go workout
- Read a book
My favorite go to? Reading. Playing with Delilah is a close 2nd though.
