Refund policy
If the rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, simply send us a message.
Be sure to include your name, order number and expected return date.
Please try to return your item in it's original packaging.
We also suggest you return the item with an insured carrier.
We cannot be responsible for return items damaged or lost in transit.
REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom items that are personalized to the extent that we could not possibly sell them to someone else are not fully refundable. There is a 25% non-refundable charge on custom/personalized items.
Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receipt.
The refund will be for the original purchase price indicated on your receipt.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
If an item breaks under normal usage within 90 days, we will fix the item, at no cost (other than return shipping), and ship it back at no charge.
