Shipping policy

●We normally ship orders within 5-7 business days.
If we are out of the studio, you will be notified with a banner at the top of the store.

●Please note that our production time, and shipping times are not the same thing.
All of our items and made by hand. Amazing things make time to make.
If you need something in a hurry, but sure to send a message and we'll see if we can accommodate your request.

●Weekends & Holidays are excluded in shipping times.

●We ship mostly USPS, but there are other options at check-out.
If you don't see those options at check out, feel free to send us a message and we'll work out a shipping situation that works.

●INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS●
International packages can take 2-4 weeks to arrive.
VAT, Duty Fees and Taxes are not included in the price, or shipping costs.
All VAT, Duty Fees and International taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
We do not have any way to include these in your costs.

●If your package is returned to us marked NOT CALLED FOR or RETURN TO SENDER you are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to you.

Lost packages:
●USPS does not consider a domestic package to be lost until after 30 days. International orders are not considered lost until after 6 weeks. If your tracking info is not updating, please contact USPS for help tracking it down. If your package is determined lost, we will replace your order after this time period. Our policy for lost packages is replacement of the original order.

● If you entered the wrong address for shipping and the package is returned to us, you will need to require an accurate shipping address, and purchase postage for the package to be shipped again.
