Friends were working on some amazing plans for January at the Funky Junk District.
Our goal for the year is going to be more out of intent & less out of habit.
Going along with that theme we're each working on our 2022 word of the year.
A single word can be a powerful thing.
Every year a pick one word to focus on, to think about, to make decisions with, to journal about and to live by as I go about my daily life.
Last year my word was mindful. I wanted to be very mindful about what/who I let into my life and what I let go of.
The year before that my word was connect. I wanted to connect more with myself and the people that meant the most to me
I'm still working on my 2022 word
So going along with that theme we're going to be doing four classes in January.
They're all going to be based off your word of the year.
First class will be with Whitney on January 5th. She's going to do some vision board training. Vision boards help inspire you to manifest your dreams and get where you want to go.
The second class will be with me, on the 12th. You'll get to celebrate my birthday with me with cake, while you learn how to make our own word of the year necklaces. We give power to words when we wear them.
The third class will be with Bri on learning how to art journal your life.
Art journaling is the perfect blend of intention, reflection & action. And you don't even have to be able to draw.
And the fourth class will be with Carol where you can make a sign with your word on it to hang in your home or your office. Seeing it everyday will remind you of your plans for the year.
Each class will be $25.
If you sign up for all four classes at once you'll get $10 off.
Will be having classes on Wednesday nights at 5:30 p.m..
